- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office charges you as if you went to the ER. It's called provider based billing. What does that mean to a normal person? It means you are charged hundreds for a simple pediatric visit. They no longer accept copays either. They just bill everything as if it was outpatient surgery.
