  Last month i got a call from Brad saying my debit card had been declined and he needed my card number so they could do an auto draft. I told him i usually paid my bill through online bill pay. So there was no need to give out my card number. Well this month my bill was twice its normal amount. I called to find out why. He told me my card had been declined. I told him i used a bank draft and the money did come out on time. He said no no there was no payment made it was returned. I disputed it and turns out my payment was accepted like always. I spokewith Brad several times trying to resolve the issue. He was never able to give me the real answer. As it turns out the problem stemmed from their lack of knowledge. They just dont know what they are doing in there. I had to call corporate to get somebody with some sense. I also filed a complaint against that branch. I am very displeased. I will be finding a new agent asap.

I have been insured with Brad's office since 1991, prior to settling here I changed carriers every six months.
